Belt conveyor
Function:
Used used to transfer raw materials from ial pile to the crusher, realize automatic conveying, and redmanual handling laborling.
Design features:
Frequency control: To ensure uniform feeding, the conveying speed can be freely adjusted according to the number of films and the running speed of the production line.
Anti-slip design: The surface of the conveyor belt has an anti-slip texture to prevent raw materials from piling up or falling.
Crusher
Function:
Crush large pieces of PE/PP film into small sizes for subsequent cleaning and processing.
Design features:
High-strength blade: Wear-resistant alloy blades are used, which are sharp and durable and can efficiently cut various soft and hard films.
Multi-layer screen: The crushed particles are screened through the screen to ensure uniform size, and the particles that do not meet the standards are returned for re-crushing
Floating cleaning machine
Function:
Through the buoyancy of water, metal, sand, paper scraps, and other impurities in the film are separated to complete the deep cleaning of the broken film.
Design features:
Made of stainless steel: The parts in contact with the material are all made of 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and suitable for wet cleaning.
Automatic impurity separation: Floating objects and sediments are automatically removed through special devices to maintain cleaning efficiency.
Dehydrator
Function:
The film surface is shaken off by high-speed rotation, so the film is dehydrated and dried, providing conditions for subsequent processing.
Design features:
High-speed drying: The rotation speed can reach 1200-1500rpm, and the dehydration efficiency is ≧95%, which significantly reduces the subsequent drying energy consumption.
Centrifugal separation: The centrifugal force is used to quickly separate the water, which is suitable for the processing of high-humidity films.
